1cupall-purpose flour
2teaspoonsdried oregano
1tablespoondried basil
1teaspoondried rosemary
1tablespoondried parsley
1tablespoonsalt
2tablespoonsblack pepper
2tablespoonspaprika
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper
1tablespooncelery seed
2tablespoonsonion powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Store in a labeled airtight jar.
When making stew:
Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of Beef Stew Seasoning Mix per pound of stew meat. Sprinkle over meat and toss to coat well before browning.
