Ingredients

large eggs
beaten

sugar

teaspoons
vanilla

vegetable oil

all-purpose flour
3/4
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
cinnamon

grape skins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F (163°C), and butter 2 -9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except grape skins.
When well-blended, gently fold in grape skins.
Pour batter into 2 well-oiled 9x5-inch loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.

If Concord grapes are not available, substitute a sweet blue grape used for juice making.
