Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix
Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix can be used in any recipe that calls for pumpkin pie spice. I really like to add my pumpkin pie spice mix to cookies, and a pinch in winter squash recipes is delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon2 tsp teaspoons ground ginger2 tsp nutmeg1 tsp allspiceOPTIONAL:1/2 tsp cardamom1/2 tsp ground mace
- 2 tsp 2 tsp teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tsp tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
Optional
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground mace
Instructions
- Mix all the spices together, and store in an airtight container.
