Ingredients
1cupmayonnaise
1/4cupmilk
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
4tablespoonsparmesan cheese
2clovesgarlicfinely chopped
2teaspoonsfreshly ground black pepper
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoondijon mustard
juice of half a lemon
salt to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until creamy and no chunks.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
Make the salad dressing early in the day and cover and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
