Sift together all dry ingredients. Place into a jar or airtight container and attach directions

Using the brownie mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
Melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, beat two eggs with the vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients. Pour the melted butter into brownie mixture and mix until just incorporated. Spread the batter in a prepared 8-inch square pan and bake for 20-22 minutes.
