5 Reasons You Need to Attend The 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Oak Hill

Sharing is caring!

Earlier in the week I had the awesome opportunity to attend to attend the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship Media Dinner at Oak Hill this week, and let me tell you, it was amazing. I have a gallery posted at the end of this blog post, sharing the highlights from that evening, but first I wanted to share why you need to be at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Oak Hill this year, even if you are not a “golf fan”.

Oak Hill Location

Oak Hill Country Club is kind of a big deal in the Rochester Area. The Landmark country club located in Pittsford, New York, is listed as being among the Top 100 Golf Courses in the United States. Founded in 1901, the club has hosted multiple major championships, including the 1995 Ryder Cup and is set to host the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in a couple of week. The impressive estate is a historical and prestigious part of Rochester’s History, and worth checking out.

Celebrity Chefs

My husband is 100% about the golf, and that is cool, I plan to check out a little golf too. But I am all about the Celebrity Chefs that KitchenAid is bringing in to do food demonstrations. Local Chefs, Iron Chefs, you name it they will be there. Below is a schedule for the tournanmet. Who would you most interested in seeing? I am really hoping to see Tom Colicchio Friday!

Amazing Food and Drinks

Where KitchenAid goes good food is not far behind! This year the New York Kitchen will be on hand for a cooking class on the lawn of Oak Hill Country Club. You will have a chance to learn some new kitchen skills and taste your creations!

KitchenAid

Did I mention KitchenAid is there? Yeah, only like a 100 times…

As a “foodie” the KitchenAid brand is a big deal. The day I got my Professional 6 Quart Stand Mixer is one I wont forget. There are roughly 300 KitchenAid Appliances on display throughout Oak Hill, in fact one of the company representatives told me Oak Hill is curretly the only place where you can see every single color of stand mixers all lined up in one spot.

You can also enter to win a $500 KitchenAid shopping spree! When you are at the Senior PGA Championship simply present your ticket at any “Win with KitchenAid” location to enter your chance to win.

What would you pick if you won??

If I won, I know I would definetly score a Limited Edition Heritage Artisan Stand Mixer with the Milk Glass Mixing Bowl, and the KitchenAid Pro Line Toaster too!!

Kids Get In Free

Kids 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into Oak Hill grounds for FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be allowed four kids admissions per day at no additional charge. Kids tickets may be picked up on-site the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out.

Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for good weather! I hope to see you there!
