Blueberry Almond Granola
Blueberry Almond Granola

Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup dried blueberries
Instructions
- Toss the oats, nuts, coconut, and salt together in a large bowl.
- In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter over medium-high heat until creamy.
- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Spread the granola mix onto a large cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes, stirring every fifteen minutes.
- Cool to room temperature, add dried fruit, and store in an airtight container.
